WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be an expert on TireSouth’s sales procedures, initiatives, and customer experience standards—serving as an advisor, companion, and HERO to our customers
- Develop strong knowledge of vehicle systems and become well-versed in the TireSouth preferred brand tires, financing options, and all products and services offered
- Document, clearly communicate, and sell recommendations provided by the Production team, including more complex repair recommendations
- Write estimates and order parts for services as needed
- Create, manage, and bill out all sales orders accurately
- Work toward achieving company-set goals and individual performance objectives
- Balance multiple priorities while managing customer flow with sound judgment and efficiency
- Build strong customer relationships by communicating vehicle status, promise times, and next steps
- Collaborate closely with technicians and team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented individuals who are motivated by performance and results
- Automotive sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is ambitious, coachable, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present recommendations and build trust with customers
- Understanding of vehicle systems and repair needs, or a strong desire to learn and master them quickly
- Professional personal appearance and positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to learn and become proficient in a point-of-sale system and troubleshoot common issues
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A strong work ethic and desire to grow, improve, and build a long-term career with TireSouth
